World Heritage Sites Deluxe Tour of Kathmandu Valley helps you to explore the diverse facets of Nepal’s cultural and natural heritage. Nepal has earned it a well-deserved place on the prestigious list of UNESCO World Heritage sites. The seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu Valley include Swyombhunath, Bouddhanath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Patan, Bhaktapur, and Changunarayan.

As Buddhism and Hinduism developed and changed over the centuries throughout Asia. Both religions prospered in Nepal and produced a powerful artistic and architectural fusion beginning at least from the 5th century AD. These monuments were defined by the outstanding cultural traditions of the Newars, manifested in their unique urban settlements, buildings, and structures with intricate ornamentation displaying outstanding craftsmanship in brick, stone, timber, and bronze that are some of the most highly developed in the world.

Overview of World Heritage Sites Deluxe Tour:

Kathmandu Valley, with its seven monument zones, is a treasure trove of architectural wonders. The medieval temples, palaces, and stupas. Such as the iconic Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square, are testaments to the craftsmanship and devotion of ancient Nepali artisans. These sites provide a glimpse into Nepal’s religious and cultural traditions, dating back centuries.

The seven monument ensembles represent an exceptional testimony to the traditional civilization of the Kathmandu Valley. The cultural traditions of the multi-ethnic people who settled in this remote Himalayan valley over the past two millennia are manifested in the unique urban society which boasts of one of the most highly developed craftsmanship of brick, stone, timber, and bronze in the world. And the coexistence and amalgamation of Hinduism and Buddhism. All animist rituals and Tantrism are considered unique in this country and in the world as a whole. During this trip, we will explore all these 7 monuments and get a thorough taste of what Nepal is like.
